And the blogging begins...

I’ve been meaning to start a travel blog for a few years now…mostly so I don’t forget the details of a trip, but also to keep family and friends in the loop of my whereabouts.  I’ve found that in preparing for a trip, the most helpful information is available in travel blogs on the web.  I hope to share advice and reviews of my journeys along the way, so if you’re interested in a similar trip, I’ve got you covered!

I have quite a few trips under my belt this year, with some of the best memories being:

• Making new friends (who were awesome hosts) during work training in Querétaro, Mexico
• Checking off a bucket list item and attending my first Final Four in Atlanta
• Lobbying for nuclear power on Capitol Hill during a NAYGN conference
• Walking the Boston Freedom Trail on Memorial Day, and also catching my first game at Fenway “Pahk”
• Remembering our nation’s heroes at The National September 11 Memorial in NYC
• Finally making it out to see Stacy in Phoenix, while battling the 118F heat!
• Waking up at 4am for a sunrise at the Grand Canyon—caught on the GoPro nonetheless!

Look out for postings on my next adventure at the end of November.  I’ll be heading to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico on the 22^nd with one of my best friends, Sydne.
